As a result of M1’s outbound effort, Institutional Investors often request conference calls or face-to-face meetings with Company Management. When requested by Institutions, M1 works with Company Management to fulfill the request to schedule conference calls and face-to-face meetings with Institutional Investors. Many times these request serve as the catalyst for arranging a Company road show. Likewise and as instructed by Company Management, M1 works to schedule Road Shows with Institutional Investors at predetermined locales in which the Management team has scheduled travel.
For example, over the last year for one client alone, Market One aggressively pursued over 3,000 institutional investors with $50M – $10B in AUM and secured over 150 face-to-face meetings and conference calls with quality Institutional Investors in the USA, Canada and worldwide. Some locales included but are not limited to San Francisco, New York, Boston, Chicago, Vancouver, Toronto, Hong Kong, Africa, South Africa, London, Zurich, Geneva, Dubai and Bahrain.
